Keep your sensitive information secure:

  • Give diverse users the powerful functionality they need to do their job
  • Restrict access to certain areas
  • Allow some users to view but not edit or delete data
  • Create users for external partners like instructors and venues with limited access to specific areas like filtered upcoming event lists and attendance data
  • Suspend users to prevent future access whilst keeping a valuable historic audit trail
  • If you trade through different companies in different territories, you can assign users to different ‘companies’ within Administrate and restrict their access accordingly whilst allowing other users group-wide access
