Meet the Administrate team

The people working for an organisation are often just as important as the product that it provides and this is most certainly the case at Administrate.  The dedicated professionals that Administrate employs constantly think outside the box, dreaming up ways to develop the product and provide an enhanced customer experience.  

Jon Earnshaw

Chief Executive Officer

Jon managed the creation of Administrate from the first lines of code over ten years ago to its evolution as a fully-fledged, Integrated Business Management platform. Previous roles include MD of an ISP and Director of Operations for an international, sector leading training business.

John Peebles

Chief Operating Officer

John has spent the past 12 years running and growing technology startups in America. He moved to Scotland to head up Operations at Administrate bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, quality technology, team building and software leadership.

Richard Cassidy

Business Development Manager

After three years as a Royal Marine Commando, Richard hung up his boots to launch Software as a Service (SaaS) products in the global healthcare and aviation sectors, before joining Administrate as Business Development Manager in 2011.

Hugh Cole-Baker

Software Developer

Hugh joined Administrate in 2010 soon after graduating from University, with a background in systems integration and software engineering. He spends most of the time working on the platform that powers Administrate, and some of the new features that make life easier for our customers.

Ross Gilmour

Business Development Executive

Ross joined Administrate in 2011, bringing five years experience in delivering telecommunications solutions. He spends his time at Administrate working with training providers globally to educate them on how Administrate can benefit their business.

Sooz Kinsella

Marketing Executive

As a founder employee at Scotland's Internet start-up Weeworld.com (68M users and counting), Sooz brings 12 years of UX and on-line customer building experience to the table through the medium of Search Engine and Social Media optimisation. Sooz draws the line at coding but has been known to give it a go.

Che McLurg

Deputy Operations Manager

Looking for a new and exciting challenge working for a company with a modern and dynamic outlook, Che joined the team in 2011. Bringing with him six years experience from the finance sector, where he worked in IFA Distribution, promoting internet usage/services with Advisers.

Adam Medley

Customer Service Manager

With a background in customer service, training and hospitality, Adam provides first class customer support to Administrate's growing customer base. Adam spends his days working closely with clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of the product.

Jonathan Miles

Technical Director

Jonathan joined Administrate in 2010, bringing a strong background in systems software engineering. He spends his time managing Administrate's systems, servers and infrastructure.

Dee Ward

Investor Director

Dee's first business was in office water coolers, which he founded in 1991. After selling the company in 2003, he moved to Scotland to invest in a start up SaaS company. He remained there until last year, but has a number of interests and investments in businesses in Scotland.

Nigel Hedley

Chairman

Nigel became Chairman of Administrate in 2010, bringing over 20 years of expertise in software, IT and outsourcing. Formerly, as Managing Director of Onyx Services, Nigel created the Onyx Cloud, now ranked as one of the top UK Internet as a Service (IaaS) providers.
